David B. McLean, PLLC was founded in 2008. From the beginning, our goal has been to provide high quality, reasonably priced legal representation geared especially for the needs of elderly clients and their families, parents of children with special needs, bereaved relatives who need help with Probate, and anyone who needs estate planning advice. In recent years, our practice has expanded to include representing long-term care facilities and retirement communities with patients who need Guardianship or Medicaid.
